Russian President Vladimir Putin has warned that if any country uses nuclear weapons against Russia, that country will be wiped off the world map. Putin said Russia does not need to use nuclear weapons first, as the United States does, to retaliate. Russia has advanced weapons (hypersonic missiles) capable of ensuring the country's security. Russia can use force if attacked.
Russian President Vladimir Putin also said that there is no need to add additional troops to the war in Ukraine. Already one and a half lakh soldiers have been enlisted. They have not yet been sent to the frontline.
According to Al Jazeera, Putin has repeatedly said, "The military draft is complete." However, the Kremlin has not yet issued a directive declaring the end of military consolidation.
